What are we?
Simply, the AGC of Akron is committed to providing our local general contractors with the resources, assistance and knowledge to help their businesses grow.

We offer a number of benefits to our members that range from safety/education to labor negotiations as well as support of joint programs with our local unions. All of which translates into strong partnerships for our members and their local community.

Who are we?
We are comprised of some of the largest general contractors in Summit, Medina, Portage and Stark Counties and work with the following; Operating Engineers, Carpenters and Laborers. Located in downtown Akron, we are easily accessible to all of our members and are in the heart of the four counties we serve.
